4. Service Limitations

Futydei reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any portion of our services without notice
• Restrict access to certain features based on subscription level
• Remove or edit content at our sole discretion
• Terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP). Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course content has not been accessed beyond 25%. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with a valid reason.

6. Liability Limitations

Futydei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions of these terms in full force and effect.
